These terms apply to the Zanpico mobile and desktop application, its synchronisation services and its presentation website. They supplement the Apple App Store or Google Play terms applicable to the platform used.

2. Purpose of the app

Zanpico lets users record and organise catches, photos, species, dimensions, weight, lures, rigs, dates, fishing conditions, notes, places, spots to try and statistics. It may also provide a map, synchronisation between devices and voluntary sharing of a catch record.

Zanpico is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide fishing authorisation, guaranteed regulatory information, or safety, navigation, weather or health advice.

3. Account and access

An account is required to save data online and synchronise it. Depending on the platform and app version, login may be available through Apple, Google or an email address. Users must provide accurate information, protect access to their account and report any unauthorised use.

Some features depend on a compatible device, an internet connection and the permissions selected for photos, camera or location. A place can be entered or moved manually if the user does not wish to grant location access.

4. User content

Users retain their rights to their photos, text and data. They grant DECADEUS only the technical rights required to host, process and display that content on their devices and provide requested features.

Users confirm that they hold the necessary rights to added content and that it does not infringe privacy, intellectual property or third-party rights. Unlawful, fraudulent or malicious content, and attempts to bypass service security, are prohibited.

5. Fishing places, sharing and safety

Places and precise coordinates are private by default. A record is shared only after a deliberate user action, and numerical coordinates are not added to the shared card. Users remain responsible for the information and elements they choose to share.

Maps and markers are intended only for personal organisation. Users remain responsible for complying with local rules, open seasons, quotas, private property, protected areas and safety conditions.

6. Plans and subscriptions

The free plan and Passion and Expert subscriptions limit the number of catches, spots to try and personal lures. Current limits are stated in the terms of sale and in the app before purchase.

A subscription is entered into and managed through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app or a Zanpico account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

7. Availability and changes

DECADEUS strives to provide a reliable service, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or provider outages. Features may change to improve the app, strengthen security or comply with a legal obligation.

Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting use of the service will be announced in the app or by another appropriate means.

8. Intellectual property

The Zanpico name, interface, text, illustrations, models, graphics, databases and software are protected. No right of reproduction, extraction, resale, decompilation or commercial exploitation is granted, except where mandatory law permits it or written permission has been given.

9. Suspension and deletion

Access may be temporarily restricted where necessary because of a security risk, fraud, unlawful use or a serious breach of these terms, with notice where circumstances allow.

Users may request deletion of their account and related data through the deletion procedure or by emailing contact@decadeus.com.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits warranties or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, DECADEUS is not liable for damage arising from use contrary to these terms, information entered by a user, a third-party service or a reasonably unforeseeable external event.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Polish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Complaints should first be sent to contact@decadeus.com. Any legally available court or alternative dispute-resolution procedures remain open.
